Anne has a masters degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, where she wrote her thesis on Roman Iron Age pottery.

Since graduating in 2020, she has mostly worked at the Gjellestad excavation project. She has also worked for the University of Bergen on stone age excavations.

During her studies she spent a year in the United Kingdom at Durham University, where she participated in the excavation of Auckland Castle.  

Anne is now working as an archaeologist in the excavation of “Bispevika” in Oslo’s harbour. She is mainly interested in Iron Age and Medieval archaeology in Norway.
