Fredrik Berg has a degree in integrated conservation from Uppsala University and has been at NIKU since early 2015.
Berg is a heritage consultant and building conservator specializing in the preservation and development of the built historic environment. He has extensive experience from planning processes and various projects on value assessments, building surveys and documentation, and holds the cultural and architectural history of crematoria and cemetery chapels of the 19th and 20th century as his main field of interest in terms of research.
