Critical reflections on Cultural Heritage Research
In this work package, we discuss some current debates in the international research field of Heritage Studies.
We reflect on prevailing ideologies and practices, and have discussed the uses of the term “authorized heritage discourse” (AHD) in the research literature.
In the current period, we have also started a study of the role of experts in a democratized and decentralized cultural heritage management.
